Agora terrace at Rixos hotel was a great bonding idea where wedding guests could get to know each other better while enjoying the nice view during sunset two days before the wedding. Day before the wedding was booked for the rehearsal dinner just to make sure that everything was in place and ready for the Big Day!

On the wedding day morning, the preparations have started. Merissa was getting her hair and makeup done while Nikola was relaxing and enjoying the free time. When everything was ready, it was time to get to the ceremony venue. Nikola was waiting at the aisle together with his friend and former professor Marshall who was officiating the ceremony and who met both Merissa and Nikola during their college days at Harvard. When the song ‘’Listen to your heart ‘’ by Roxette started, it was time for Merissa to start walking down the aisle. The ceremony was very personal and touching filled with words of joy, happiness and proud. After congratulations it was time to go to the reception venue which was just nearby.

Modern Art Gallery with stunning architectural features was a perfect backdrop for the white and blush tones of flowers as well as for elegant chandeliers which added to the glamorous and elegant look. Overlooking the old city walls, this view is simply unique and breathtaking. As the bride said: ‘’It was a perfect place’’.

While the guests were having the welcome drinks and enjoying the beautiful sunset, Merissa and Nikola were at the couple photoshoot.

Gold tablecloths and Chiavari chairs, high centerpieces in transparent vases, chandeliers above the tables and numerous candles added to the romantic setting.

When the dinner was over, bride and groom officially opened the dance floor dancing to the song by Aerosmith ‘’I don’t want to miss a thing’’. They spent the rest of the night dancing together with friends and family and having the times of their lives.
